What steps have you taken to ensure guests are safe?

Our leisure and spa teams will be wearing the necessary PPE and will be following social distancing guidelines with stringent cleaning and disinfecting procedures put in place. The Number of people accessing the spa and leisure facilities will be limited to ensure social distancing can be applied throughout. Social distancing will apply in all areas of the leisure and spa facilities; the waiting area at reception will be removed with the spa relaxation room closed until further notice.

Is the pool open?

Yes! A pre-booking will be required to use the pool and all swimming slots will be for 1 and a half hours; this includes a 45-minute swim time. Please phone or email leisure club to book your time on 01292 676219 or leisure@themarinetroon.co.uk (Leisure members are advised to only book for themselves and not others)

Is the sauna, hot tub or steam room available?

The sauna and steam room are closed until further notice, but the hot tub is open for up to two people at any one time. 

Am I able to use the gym? 
Members and guests will be required to book a time to use the gym. Please phone or email leisure club to book your time on 01292 676219 or leisure@themarinetroon.co.uk (Leisure members are advised to only book for themselves and not others).

Gym users will have to wipe down equipment prior and after each use by using the cleaning/disinfectant provided with in the gym.

Can I book a spa treatment? 

Absolutely! Spa guests will be required to fill out a health questionnaire prior to their arrival, this will be sent at the time of booking. Please complete this no earlier than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and return via email or bring along to your appointment. 

There will be no waiting area for spa guests, therefore we advise clients to arrive on time for their appointments, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive too early you may be asked to wait in your car or outside. We are unable to extend your treatment times if you arrive late for your appointment due to deep cleaning required between clients.

The double treatment room is only bookable with members of the same household.
